The group has launched a new web series called Acquire Korean With BTS to help fans practice merely that.
As self-isolation continues, ARMYs can now look forward to thirty language lessons hosted by their favourite boyband. Big Hit Amusement released a statement saying that the purpose of the lessons was to "brand it like shooting fish in a barrel and fun for global fans who accept difficulty enjoying BTS's music and contents due to the language barrier".
The episodes will affect on Korean grammar and expressions, and volition exist near iii minutes long each.
The lessons aren't only a side project for the ring either – they worked with researchers from the Korean Language Content Plant and Professor Heo Yong of the Department of Korean Educational activity at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies to develop the lesson plans.
The web series was inspired by fans from around the world asking for English subtitles to BTS' videos. Big Hit Entertainment is also exploring options to bring educational content through other bands in their roster, including the likes of Tomorrow 10 Together and GFriend.
The first 3 episodes of Acquire Korean With BTS were released on Tuesday through the BTS app Weverse, with subsequent episodes to be released every Monday.
